PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Everest Paints - ModCoat is an industrial-grade modular building paint, featuring a high-build coating formulated with premium acrylic resin. This paint offers a durable satin finish, designed for both internal and external applications on wood, metal, concrete, and most porous surfaces.

ModCoat is crafted from an advanced high-bond, acrylic polymer system, ensuring excellent colour retention and superior durability. Its versatility makes it ideal for various industrial environments, providing long-lasting protection and aesthetic appeal.

The paint is available in 18 vibrant colours, providing ample options to meet different design and finishing requirements. It can be easily applied using a brush, roller, airless sprayer, or H.V.L.P sprayer, ensuring a smooth and even coverage.

With a coverage rate of approximately 4 - 6 square metres per litre per coat and recommended two coats for optimal performance, ModCoat ensures a consistent 50 microns coating thickness that withstands the rigours of both interior and exterior conditions.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and other contaminants. For bare metals, prime with Everest Trade - Ultimate All Acrylic Metal Primer to ensure good adhesion.

IDEAL FOR
ModCoat is ideal for protecting and enhancing modular buildings, offering high resistance to weathering and wear, making it perfect for both new constructions and maintenance projects.

COLOURS AVAILABLE
A total of 18 colours are available, providing a wide range of options to meet various aesthetic requirements. ModCoat can significantly enhance the appearance of any structure.

COVERAGE
Approximately 4 - 6 square metres per litre, per coat, ensuring economical application without compromising on quality.

DRYING TIME
Touch dry in 2 - 4 hours at 18°C, and can be overcoated within 2 - 4 hours at 18°C, facilitating a quick application process.

APPLICATION
Can be applied by brush, roller, airless sprayer, or H.V.L.P sprayer, offering flexibility in application methods to suit various project requirements.

STORAGE AND SAFETY
Store in a cool, dry place away from frost. Keep sealed when not in use to ensure a shelf life of 24 months. Clean equipment with soapy water after use.

Available in 5 Litre, 20 Litre, and 200 Litre variants, accommodating projects of all sizes.
