Everest Trade high-performance block paving sealer is a solvent-borne, premium polyurethane resin-based sealer and jointing sand stabiliser with exceptional effectiveness. that will provide a heavy-duty, long-lasting clear seal coating with a satin / wet look finish.
Its penetration comes about by solvent evaporation, penetrating into the blocks and binding the particles of sand to form an elastomeric joint and protect the paver face from oil and water infiltration.
The sealer prevents moss and weed formation when applied correctly, joints should be re-sanded for optimum results.
100% UV light fade resistant, resistant to tyre plucks and resists oil stains and water damage.
Suitable for - commercial, public or industrial premises with heavy to extremely heavy traffic, this product is also perfect for use on residential driveways for customers that want an extra hard-wearing product.
Maintains the performance life of the pavement. Yields significant whole-life cost savings and reduces interim maintenance.USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY
Suitable for use on concrete block paving, brickwork and concrete. Not suitable for clay pavers.

It is easily cleaned and will withstand regular washing. Also resistant to most oils.
SPREADING RATE
- First coat: Approximately 4 square meters per litre.
- Second coat: Approximately 6 square meters per litre.
This is a rough estimate and varies depending on the condition of the driveway and the amount applied with each coat.
A third coat can be applied to give a more wet look finish if required.
DRYING TIME
Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 3-4 hours.
Do not drive on the surface for 24 hours after the last coat.
APPLICATION
Brush, Roller, or Sprayer.
Sprayers will provide the best results due to being less chance of interfering with the sanded joints.
Rollers and brushes are fine for application, be careful when going over joints for best results.We have compatible application tools on our website.
Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application. Do not apply if there is any chance of rain.STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Secure the lid between uses to prevent sealer hardening. Store away from frost.
THINNERS
Thinners aren't required with this product, use white spirits or a proprietary brush clear for cleaning.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and free from oil and grease and there are a couple of days of good weather so there is no chance of rain during application.
Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied. This is rare but can occur in times of increased demand due to the manufacturer running out of printed tins because of a large spike in sales. You can confirm this with the manufacturer.

This a brilliant product, for best effects preparation is the key clean dry and allowing drying time in dry weather is a must and the results will be amazing

Great stuff!! Would have been 5 stars but I used 40 litres on 80sq yds and that was just one coat!! Ok it was a hot day but I would have needed more if i hadn’t changed from using a roller to a sprayer half way through. It’s done a great job but obviously at that rate of coverage it works out expensive but I would certainly use again.

I was fed up with cleaning and re-sanding every year so two years ago decided to use this sealer - two coats with roller. (Ordered 3 yrs ago) WOW - what a difference - not one weed, no moss, still going strong two years later. Would definitely recommend.

Gives a very nice finish to my drive, but it needed a lot more than the website was suggesting perhaps because the gaps had a lot of sand to coat

This product is excellent So easy to apply, We did the patio area first then continued down the driveway & it's made such a difference to the block paving, it looks like new! Lovely finish on what we've done so far. We may have to order another tin to give it all a second coat but so pleased with the results.

Bought the high performance block sealer to seal the drive after I jet washed it and re-sanded it. Absolutely brilliant after two coats it left a nice sheen. Going to finish the other part of my drive and will definitely buy more. Good stuff Everest Paints👍

A weekend job to refresh our block paving - easy to apply and an excellent finish - was surprised how much I needed but 2 drums worked well enough for 1 coat. Would use again when it needs resealing. Service excellent and delivered in quick time. Would use again.
