Returns Policy

At Everest Paints, we prioritize customer satisfaction and offer high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where the product received does not meet your expectations. Please find below our returns policy outlined to ensure a seamless and hassle-free process:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-tinted and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Items that have been used or opened are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at contact@everestpaints.com with your order number, details of the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Upon receiving your request, we will provide you with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on how to return the item.

4. Shipping Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • It's advisable to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items of significant value.

5. Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.

7. Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
