PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Everest Paints introduces the BRICOAT - Ultimate Brick Sealer, a state-of-the-art acrylic-based sealer designed for both exterior and interior brick, masonry, cement, concrete surfaces, and render systems like K Rend or Monocouche. This clear, solvent-free sealer is highly effective in repelling water, resisting stains, and inhibiting organic growth, while allowing surfaces to breathe and maintaining their natural appearance.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Before applying BRICOAT Ultimate Brick Sealer, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from any loose or flaking material. It's important to remove any algae, moss, or contaminants to allow for optimal adhesion. For new render systems, ensure they are fully cured before application.
APPLICATION
BRICOAT Ultimate Brick Sealer can be applied using a roller or sprayer, depending on the specific requirements of the surface and user preference. For a uniform application, apply evenly across the surface. The product is touch dry in 2-3 hours and achieves water resistance within 24 hours.
COVERAGE RATE
The sealer covers an average of 5 square meters per liter, offering substantial coverage with efficient use of the product. Coverage may vary based on surface porosity and texture.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
To maintain the quality of the BRICOAT Ultimate Brick Sealer, store it in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the lid is securely fastened to prevent the product from hardening or deteriorating.
LIFESPAN AND COMPATIBILITY
This sealer is not only versatile, being suitable for a variety of surfaces, but also durable, with a lifespan of 10 - 15 years, ensuring long-term protection and value.
