Description

Solvent-Based Resin Technology
Formulated with high-performance resins dissolved in solvent, this sealer is designed to penetrate deep into the concrete substrate rather than sitting on the surface. Unlike water-based film formers, the solvent evaporation process allows the resin to create a flexible, elastomeric bond within the concrete matrix. This Matt variant is specifically engineered to provide a natural, non-reflective finish, preserving the original aesthetic of the imprinted pattern while offering maximum structural protection.

Heavy-Duty Surface Defence
Developed for high-traffic commercial and residential environments, this sealer offers rugged resistance to "tyre plucks" (where hot tyres lift the surface). It establishes a robust hydrophobic barrier that actively repels water, fuel, and oil spills, preventing unsightly staining. The coating is 100% UV stable, ensuring the concrete does not fade or yellow, and effectively seals the surface porosity to starve moss and weeds of the moisture they need to grow.

Professional Application
Designed for trade efficiency, this product is compatible with sprayers, rollers, or brushes. It flows out evenly to create a seamless, matt protective layer. Ideally suited for stamped or imprinted concrete, it requires a two-coat application to achieve full durability. The surface becomes touch-dry in 3-4 hours, allowing for rapid project completion, with full vehicular access permitted after a 24-hour cure period.
