Built on Quality , Driven by Innovation

Our coatings are developed, tested, and manufactured by people who understand how products behave on site. From early driveway sealers to our latest epoxy and polyurethane technologies, we’ve built our process around problem-solving, not mass production.

By investing in high-shear dispersers, controlled mixing systems, batch tracing, and in-house technical support, we maintain tight control from formulation through to fulfilment. This combination of technical capability and customer focus is what defines Jarvis Industries today.

Our Story So Far

2013

Early Trading & Technical Insight

Operations began in 2013, supplying coatings sourced from UK manufacturers.

Across thousands of orders and conversations with contractors, facilities teams and homeowners, recurring issues emerged: inconsistent batches, unreliable durability, and a lack of real technical support in the coatings market.

These early years built the groundwork for the technical standards that would later drive Jarvis Industries.

2019

Operational Strengthening & Fulfilment Overhaul

In 2019, new staff joined and reshaped the fulfilment, customer support and dispatch systems.

Improved structure, efficiency and consistency across:

  • Packaging standards
  • Delivery workflows
  • Aftercare and customer communication

This operational upgrade created the stability needed to begin manufacturing two years later.

Early 2020

First Factory & Start of In-House Manufacturing

Early 2020 marked the transition from reseller to producer. A small Tuxford facility was acquired, and the first mixer, an older was installed.

Manufacturing was originally internal only, aimed at:

  • Improving consistency
  • Building formulations from the ground up
  • Testing new systems without supplier constraints

The Jarvis approach to coatings was born.

Late 2020

Everest & SummitSeal Brands Created

With manufacturing capability growing, two in-house brands were launched:

  • Everest — general trade coatings
  • SummitSeal — exterior sealing technologies (PU, acrylic, silane, colour enhancements)

Production expanded rapidly.

These brands were still part of the retail business, but they laid the foundation for Jarvis Industries.

2021

SummitSeal Expansion & Advanced Sealer Development

2021 was a major R&D year for the SummitSeal line.

Product development accelerated significantly, introducing:

  • Solvent-free and low-VOC options
  • Dry-finish silanes for natural-look protection
  • Specialty sealers for tarmac, patios and driveways

This was the year SummitSeal grew from a small in-house experiment into a serious technical range.

Early 2022

Jarvis Industries Established & Major Factory Expansion

2022 was a pivotal year.

Jarvis Industries Ltd formally established

Manufacturing was now large enough, technical enough and strategic enough to require its own company structure.

Jarvis Industries Ltd was created as a standalone coatings manufacturer supplying Everest and SummitSeal.

Late 2022

Significant factory expansion and equipment upgrades

To support growing production, the facility underwent a major expansion:

  • New high-shear dispersers added
  • Upgraded ventilation and extraction implemented
  • Increased batch capacity and process control

This was the year Jarvis moved from “small manufacturer” to a professionally equipped coatings plant with the infrastructure to scale.

2023

Entry Into Resin Flooring & Industrial Coatings

2023 marked Jarvis Industries’ push into the industrial coatings sector.

The company launched:

  • 2K epoxy floor coatings
  • Epoxy primers and crack/joint repair materials
  • Early PU flooring technologies

The flooring range quickly became one of the fastest-growing parts of the business — eventually leading to the creation of its own brand.

2024

Technical Information Revamp & Product Transparency Initiative

2024 focused heavily on technical clarity and customer education with upgraded product documentation:

  • More detailed TDS and SDS formats
  • Clearer coverage rates and cure schedules
  • Updated mixing ratios and suitability charts
  • Improved system recommendations

The goal was simple: pair high-quality products with high-quality information, reducing application failures and helping both professionals and DIY users.

2025

Second Factory, Automated Filling Lines & Infrastructure Upgrade

Demand for Everest, SummitSeal and resin products led to a major upgrade:

  • A second manufacturing unit opened
  • Two automated filling + capping lines installed
  • Additional high-shear dispersers purchased
  • Full warehouse revamp with new racking
  • LEV and ventilation systems upgraded
  • QC processes rewritten for higher throughput

2026

EverFlor Launch: Dedicated Resin Flooring Systems Brand

As flooring technology matured, Jarvis Industries launched EverFlor — a brand entirely dedicated to flooring. With EverFlor specialising in:

  • Epoxy and polyurethane flooring
  • Anti-slip technologies
  • Specialist primers and sealers

Separating EverFlor from Everest enabled Jarvis to support flooring contractors with a clear, system-led, technically advanced product family.
