Description

Polyurethane Joint Stabilization
This is not a standard acrylic sealer; it is a premium solvent-borne polyurethane system designed for structural integrity. The formula penetrates deep into the block paving joints via solvent evaporation, binding the sand particles together to form a flexible, elastomeric seal. This stabilization process physically locks the pavers in place, preventing movement and creating a hostile environment for weeds and moss, effectively eliminating organic growth at the root.

Industrial Grade Protection
Engineered for commercial and industrial premises with extremely heavy traffic, this sealer offers superior resistance to tyre plucking and abrasion. It forms a robust, non-yellowing shield that is 100% UV stable, protecting the paver face from sun fade and surface erosion. The sealed surface becomes impervious to oil stains and water infiltration, significantly reducing maintenance costs and extending the lifespan of the pavement in both residential driveways and public walkways.

+1

Enhanced Aesthetic Finish
Beyond protection, this sealer restores the visual appeal of weathered paving. It dries to a "wet look" satin finish that enriches the natural colours of the concrete blocks. While two coats provide a standard protective sheen, a third coat can be applied for an intensified wet gloss effect. Applied best via sprayer to preserve joint integrity, it offers a professional, easy-to-clean surface that withstands regular washing and environmental exposure.
