Everest Trade Paints – PremTex Masonry Stabilizing Primer ist eine lösungsmittelbasierte Grundierung, die sich leicht auf alle Arten von Oberflächen auftragen lässt. Diese Lösung wurde entwickelt, um alle Arten von instabilen Bereichen abzudichten, die nach der Vorbereitung der Oberfläche zum Streichen pudrig und kalkig bleiben.

Diese Grundierung kann verwendet werden, um praktisch jede Oberfläche vor dem Auftragen von Everest Trade-Premtex Ultimate Masonry Paints zu stabilisieren. Diese Grundierung kann nicht nur eine gleichmäßigere Fläche zum Auftragen der Farbe schaffen, sondern auch einige Schutzvorteile für die Oberfläche selbst bieten.

OBERFLÄCHENVORBEREITUNG
Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Oberflächen fest und sauber sowie frei von Staub und abblätternder Farbe sind.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Oberfläche vollständig trocken und frei von Kondenswasser und Feuchtigkeit ist.
Entfernen Sie lose oder abblätternde Farbe.

Kann leicht mit Pinsel, Rolle oder Airless-Sprühgerät auf Außenmauerwerk, Mauerwerk, Betonblöcke, Holz und die meisten anderen porösen Untergründe aufgetragen werden.

VERBREITUNGSRATE (Abdeckung)
Ungefähr 6 - 8 Quadratmeter pro Liter.

TROCKENZEIT
Unter normalen Umständen sollte es bei guter Belüftung und trockenen Bedingungen innerhalb von 6–8 Stunden berührungstrocken sein.

ANWENDUNG
Pinsel, Rolle oder Sprühgerät.

Vor Gebrauch gründlich mit einem Rührgerät und Bohraufsatz mischen.
Stellen Sie vor dem Auftragen sicher, dass die Oberfläche zu 100 % trocken und frei von Feuchtigkeit oder Verunreinigungen ist.

1 Anstrich erforderlich.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN ZUR LAGERUNG
Von Hitze und Flammen fernhalten. Sichern Sie den Deckel zwischen den Anwendungen, um ein Aushärten der Farbe zu verhindern.

VERDÜNNER
Kann bei Bedarf mit Testbenzin verdünnt werden. Nicht empfohlen, es sei denn, es wird gesprüht.

Description

Solvent-Based Penetration
Formulated with premium solvent-based resins, this primer is designed to penetrate deeply into porous and friable substrates. Unlike water-based alternatives that may sit on the surface, this solution soaks into the masonry matrix, binding loose particles and chalky residues. It creates a chemically stable, non-porous bridge between the wall and the topcoat, which is vital for older buildings where the render or brickwork has started to degrade.

Surface Stabilisation
This product acts as the critical "fix" for weathered exterior walls that have become powdery or "floured" over time. By locking down unstable areas on brickwork, breeze blocks, and render, it eliminates the risk of topcoat delamination (peeling). It transforms a weak, dusting surface into a sound foundation, ensuring that subsequent layers of paint do not fail prematurely due to a lack of adhesion.

A vital step in any exterior renovation, this single-coat system is easy to apply via brush, roller, or airless sprayer. It is specifically calibrated for compatibility with Everest PremTex Ultimate Masonry Paint, ensuring a flawless, professional finish. Drying in 6-8 hours, it provides a unified surface that significantly improves the coverage rates of expensive topcoats by reducing the suction of the wall.
