Description

Direct-to-Substrate Engineering
PREMFLEX is engineered with a high-performance, single-pack acrylic resin system designed to eliminate the priming stage entirely. This self-priming formulation bonds aggressively to plywood, OSB, metal, and concrete, significantly reducing labor time and material costs. By removing the need for an undercoat, it allows contractors to secure and decorate site perimeters with maximum speed and efficiency.

Perimeter Weatherproofing
Construction sites are exposed environments; PREMFLEX is built to withstand them. The coating cures to a 50-micron thick film that remains flexible enough to handle the movement of temporary boarding while resisting rain and UV exposure. The durable satin finish not only provides a professional aesthetic for site branding but also creates a washable surface that stands up to the dust and grime of active building zones.

+1

Rapid Deployment
Time is money on a job site. This coating is formulated for fast turnaround, becoming touch-dry and ready for overcoating in just 2-4 hours. Its water-based composition ensures low odour and safe application in public-facing areas, while allowing for easy soap-and-water cleanup of sprayers and rollers. It is the definitive solution for large-scale hoarding projects requiring immediate protection.

How to Sand a Painted Concrete Floor for Recoating

In our Sanding vs. Grinding: Preparing Previously Painted Concrete guide, we established that if your floor passes the Cross-Hatch Adhesion Test, then the next step for recoating will be sanding. Choosing to sand rather than grind saves you hundreds of pounds in equipment rental and diamond consumables....
