SummitSeal Paving Stone Sealer is a solvent-based, premium resin sealer and joint sand stabilizer that delivers exceptional performance. It provides a heavy-duty, long-lasting clear seal with a matte finish.
Through solvent evaporation, the sealer penetrates into the pavers and binds the sand particles to form an elastomeric joint, protecting the paver surface from oil and water infiltration.
When applied correctly, the sealer helps prevent moss and weed growth. Joints should be re-sanded for optimal results.
It's 100% UV-resistant, protects against tire plucks, resists oil stains, color fading, and water damage.
Suitable for commercial, public, or industrial areas with heavy to very heavy traffic. It’s also ideal for residential driveways when a more durable solution is needed.
It maintains the performance life of the pavement, yielding significant long-term cost savings and reducing the need for interim maintenance.
USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY
Suitable for use on block paving, brickwork, and concrete.

SPECIAL PROPERTIES
Easily cleaned and resistant to regular washing. Also resistant to most oils.
SPREADING RATE
- First coat: Approximately 160 sq. ft. per gallon.
- Second coat: Approximately 240 sq. ft. per gallon.
Coverage rates are approximate and can vary depending on the condition of the driveway and the amount applied per coat.
DRYING TIME
Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 3-4 hours. Avoid driving on the surface for 24 hours after the final coat.
APPLICATION
Apply by brush, roller, or sprayer. Sprayers are recommended for the best results, as they minimize disturbance to the sanded joints.
Rollers and brushes are acceptable, but care should be taken when working over joints to ensure the best results.
Compatible application tools are available on our website.
Ensure the surface is completely dry and free of moisture or contaminants before application. Do not apply if rain is expected.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Keep the lid tightly secured between uses to prevent the product from hardening. Protect from frost.
THINNERS
No thinners are needed for this product. Use xylene or a proprietary brush cleaner for cleaning tools.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry, and free from oil and grease. Make sure you have a few days of dry weather ahead to prevent rain during application.
Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied. Sealer was easy to apply with roller and gives a slightly wet look with a Matt finish
A second coat was applied and gave an excellent finish
Fine sand joints have set hard and water runs off towards my drainage
