Everest Trade - PremFlex Ultimate Roof Tile Paint & Sealer - High Performance is a single pack, quick-drying, low odour paint and sealer based on an advanced high-bond, acrylic polymer resin which means maximum adhesion, high durability and great, long-lasting colour retention.
As your roof ages, it will start looking dull, tired and faded. The British weather is notoriously harsh on untreated roofs, weather like rain, sleet, snow and frost will overtime make your roof less water-resistant allowing algae, lichens and moss to develop. This is where PremFlex Ultimate Roof Paint comes in, it will enhance the roof, bringing back all the lost colour, making the roof look as if it was just installed while also fully resealing and waterproofing the surface providing protection against previously mentioned algae, lichens and moss.
This paint offers damage-resilience, lasting flexibility and waterproofing. It is designed to let out water and moisture for long-term protection against the harsh conditions of the British weather, preventing weather damage for the worst the weather has to offer.
Available in a range of colours, this paint is ideal for any renovation project, or to protect roof tiles from serious damage while simultaneously restoring colour from faded tiles.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces are sound, dry and clean, free from dust and any loose or flaking paint.
If the area has any green moss, algae or lichens, it's recommended to apply a good quality roof cleaner containing a biocide to kill the growths before application to ensure proper removal.
Then pressure wash the surface ensuring the roof is totally clean, dry and free from moss, algae or lichen spores.
Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp before application.
COLOURS AVAILABLE
Light Grey, Battleship Grey, Charcoal Anthracite, Black, Rustic Red, Terracotta, Brown, Green and all standard RAL and BS colours if ordered in bulk.
SUITABLE SUBSTRATES
This coating is fine for use on concrete roof tiles, concrete, clay roof tiles (except rosemary tiles), cement fibre, artificial slate and asbestos sheets & tiles. This product CAN'T be used on plastic tiles.
SPREADING RATE (Coverage)
Approximately 5 - 7 square metres per litre, per coat.
DRYING TIME
Under normal circumstances, it should be touch dry in 2 - 4 hours if well ventilated and conditions are dry.
APPLICATION
Brush, roller, or airless sprayer.
Mix thoroughly before use with a paddle mixer drill attachment.
Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application.
Apply 2 thin, even coats to ensure durability.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening.
THINNERS
Can be let down with water if needed. Not recommended unless spraying.
SURFACE PREPARATION

Remove any loose or flaking paint.
BATCH INFORMATION (Important)
We recommend ordering all the paint required in one order so you receive the same batch, Ordering on different dates will result in receiving different batches which may result in a shade difference.
This is fine if you are planning on using the different batches on different coats, However, it's not recommended to use on the same coat.
Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied. This is rare but can occur in times of increased demand due to the manufacturer running out of printed tins because of a large spike in sales. You can confirm this with the manufacturer.

I ordered on the Sunday and by Tuesday 10am the paint was at my door, only jet washed tiles yesterday going to wait for some dry days to paint the roof. Fantastic service cheers guys!

The felt had deteriorated on my roof so I had new felt and batten installed, most of the concrete tiles were in good order but some had to be replaced, this meant there were patches of old and new tiles so to give the roof a complete new look I decided to paint everything and it looks fantastic! Some of the original tiles installed in the 60s look brand new, I’ve saved thousands in not having to buy new tiles, painting them is easy and very effective, should help prevent any tiles from slipping too as the thick paint should help bond them together somewhat. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

I purchased the charcoal colour so I could paint some hanging tiles on the front of my house. I actually got a professional painter in the end to do the job so not sure how easy it is to use but it looks fantastic. So pleased with the colour. It has totally transformed my house. First time using this paint and I was extremely impressed. I painted a bungalow roof using a 2.0mm nozzle in a HVLP spray gun. I watered the paint down 2 parts paint, 1 part water and applied two coats. Looked like a brand new roof. Top job!!

We painted our old, rough concrete tile roof in anthracite and wow, what a result. Our neighbours asked if we changed the roof. It looks like a brand new roof. This is really great paint but it’s a big job to paint the whole house roof. It would be better if you could spray paint it. Product itself deserves 5 stars any day. I put 4 because you have to wait at least a week for delivery and it’s not always possible to get reply from customer service. Rather than that I’m super happy about the product and result. Let’s hope it will last promised 10 years.
