Description

Potent Biocidal Formulation
Engineered as a concentrated surface biocide, this formula delivers a chemical attack on organic infestations. Unlike standard detergents, it targets the root system of spores, ensuring complete removal of green growth. The solution is fully dilutable, allowing for a customisable strength ratio of up to 1:4 for heavy contamination or 1:9 for maintenance, making it a cost-effective solution for large-scale industrial and domestic clearance.

Long-Term Sterilisation
Designed to do more than just clean; it sanitises the substrate. Once saturated, the active ingredients work over 2 to 3 days to kill off biological matter. Crucially, the formula leaves a residual active barrier within the surface pores, protecting against the reoccurrence of organic growth for several months. It effectively controls green mould and algae while treating black mould spores (though residual staining may require pressure washing).

Versatile "Spray & Leave" Application
Built for rapid application on diverse external surfaces including concrete, York stone, pebbledash, and timber decking. The application process is streamlined for trade efficiency: simply dilute, saturate the dry surface using a low-pressure sprayer, and walk away. The biocide activates upon contact, requiring no immediate rinsing or agitation, reducing labour time significantly on large driveway or patio projects.
