Description

Advanced Extraction Formulation
This heavy-duty cleaner utilises active oil-ingesting agents designed to penetrate deep into the capillaries of porous substrates such as paviours, slabs, and concrete. Unlike surface-level detergents, the solution chemically binds with hydrocarbon contaminants, lifting them out of the stone structure. This engineering creates a "poultice" effect that draws out deep-seated grime, preparing the surface for a pristine finish.

Heavy-Duty Decontamination
Built to tackle the toughest residential and commercial stains, this remover effectively eliminates unsightly automotive oil leaks and grease spots from barbeque areas. It restores the visual integrity of driveways and pathways by removing dark patches that compromise the pavement's appearance. It serves as a critical pre-treatment step, ensuring the substrate is completely free of grease which could otherwise cause sealer delamination.

Versatile Application Protocol
Optimized for straightforward deployment, the solution is poured directly onto the affected area and left to dry into a powder residue over 3-4 hours for easy sweeping. For extensive contamination across larger areas, the product can be diluted 1:1 with water to function as a broad-spectrum wash. This thorough cleaning process guarantees the surface is neutral and porous, ready to accept Everest Trade or SummitSeal high-performance sealers.
